After 10 days of return receipt: Compensation will be provided exclusively in the form of store credit points, equivalent to the item's value (excluding shipping fees). These points are non-transferable, non-cashable, and valid for 12 months from issuance.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method where possible. No cash refunds are available.

Partial refunds may apply for items returned in non-original condition or if restocking fees are applicable (up to 20% of the item value).
