These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of our website located at www.jwelit.com (the "Website"), our mobile applications (if any), and any related services, products, or content provided by Jwelit (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our integrated Shipping Terms and Return and Refund Policy outlined herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Services.

All transactions are processed securely, but we are not responsible for any issues arising from your payment provider. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

  • Order Processing and Shipping Timeline: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days from order confirmation and payment verification (business days exclude weekends and public holidays). In cases of high volumes, inventory checks, or unforeseen delays (e.g., supply chain issues), shipping may take up to 7 business days. We strive to meet these timelines but do not guarantee delivery dates due to variables like carrier performance or regional logistics.

  • Delayed Shipments and Customer Communication: If an order has not shipped within 7 business days, we will proactively contact you via WhatsApp (using the number provided at checkout) and email (using your registered address). This will include status updates, revised estimates, and options like modifications or refunds per our Return and Refund Policy.   • Delivery and Tracking: Post-shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days in India (longer internationally). We are not responsible for delays due to carriers, customs, incorrect addresses, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).

  • International Shipping: Additional customs duties, taxes, or fees are your responsibility; we do not cover them. Timelines may exceed 3-7 business days due to customs.

  • Changes and Cancellations: Modify or cancel within 24 hours without charge. After processing, changes may not be possible; refer to our Return and Refund Policy for delay-related eligibility.

7. Returns and Refunds

At Jwelit, we are committed to customer satisfaction. By making a purchase, you agree to this Return and Refund Policy, which applies to all products subject to laws and exceptions.

  • Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items if unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Personalized/customized items are non-returnable unless defective. Initiate within 7 days of receipt via support@jwelit.com or our returns portal, providing details and reason. We reserve the right to inspect and approve/deny based on condition.

  • Return Process: Upon approval, you arrange shipment to our address; shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to our error. Use tracked methods; we are not liable for lost/damaged returns in transit.

  • Refund Timelines and Methods: After receipt and inspection (3-5 business days), refunds are processed as follows: Within 10 days of receipt, at our discretion via UPI, bank transfer, or store credit points (processing: 7-10 business days). After 10 days, exclusively as store credit points (equivalent value, excluding shipping; valid 12 months, non-transferable/non-cashable). Refunds to original method where possible; no cash refunds. Partial refunds may apply for non-original condition (up to 20% restocking fee).

  • Exceptions and Limitations: Does not cover wear/tear, misuse, or changes of mind (unless required by law). International returns may incur extra fees (your responsibility). Our decision is final, subject to consumer laws.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JWELIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
